Does your infant crib bedding move with you to the toddler years if you get a convertible crib? - infant cribs
can move with you while you use a crib mattress ... my bed is a 3 in one, and can be used in the same bed, even with the crib, but for a whole child. The mattress is the same, and that's what counts.

Yes, a baby mattress is the same size as a crib mattress, if you will, to the crib is placed in his crib, then it would be nice to use.
A convertible crib and a bed for babies, so use the same size cot mattress, so I would say yes!
